High Protein S’mores Dip 🍫

"TikTok saw it first - one of my weekend activities included making this high protein s’mores dip 🍫 my favourite thing to dip into it are pretzel crisps because sweet + salty = yum 🤤 but you can also dip graham crackers or even just eat it with a spoon!"


    1. 30g - Suppy vanilla protein powder
    2. 15g - @swervesweetie powdered sugar
    3. 8g - Jello chocolate pudding mix
    4. 3g - @swervesweetie granular
    5. 100g - nonfat Greek yogurt
    6. 20g - mini vegan marshmallows
    7. 10g - mini chocolate chips
    8. 8g - crushed graham crackers
    9. Optional: 35g - @pretzelcrisps for dipping


  1. Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the Greek yogurt. If the dip is too thick, add a tsp of cold water and mix until combined

  2. Put it in the freezer for 2 hours to thicken

  3. Take out of the freezer and sprinkle the toppings on top

  4. Pair with your favourite dipper (or just eat with a spoon lol) and enjoy! 🤤
