On February 28th, Bootcamps for Change is hosting their 2019 kickoff party, and we couldn't be more excited to be involved. The event will take place at RYU on Queen West, and will be a fun-filled celebration of the great things they've accomplished in 2018, and all of the cool work they have planned for 2019.
80% of New Year’s resolutions are abandoned by February. What’s the point? You psych yourself up for these life-altering changes and it inevitably ends up being too much to sustain, so you give up. It’s a cycle that’s far too common. In fact, in my gym, we keep tabs on ‘resolutioners’, the folks who crowd the gym for a month and then bail as quickly as they came in. There’s a right way and a wrong way to approach fitness in the new year and the only ‘trick’ that works is sustainability.
Suppy is proud to be Canadian. And like this great country, we’re small and mighty, but we do our best to punch above our weight. As we grow, we aspire to become a part of the Toronto fitness community and help make the world a better place. With this, we are super excited to announce our partnership with Toronto-based charity, Bootcamps for Change.
Today is a big day here at Suppy - We are super excited to announce the site is up and we have officially launched! Scoop some up here before the anabolic window closes.
The 90’s called and they want their protein back.
Gone are the days of frosted tips and oily men in skimpy shorts and neon tank tops. Fitness has changed, but protein companies haven’t. They still have retail stores in every mall, full of sales staff and weird supplements that no one ever buys. Frankly, we were tired of paying for all of that extra stuff, and we’re sure you are too. We built Suppy to simplify the process and bring you your protein for less.
